Bandit Lee Way – MCR bassist’s baby daughter

Gerard Way of emo band My Chemical Romance this week welcomed his first baby daughter – Bandit Lee Way.

This is an awful name for a boy – let alone a girl.  Don’t you agree?  Please leave your comments!

EDIT: The flood of comments telling me Bandit Lee Way is in fact the MCR SINGER’s daughter have left me slightly red-faced, but I’m thankful for the responses nevertheless!

I think Bandit Lee is a lovely name and has meaning for both gerard and lyndz,

i am a big fan off mcr and msi and i think that name is terible i would off fort thy would of called it something like angel or something cool and emo

OMG! That is a bit of a disaster! My friend (who shares my name) Alesha Bennet has a cousin named Gordon! How cruel is that? Her other cousin is called Peace, because her Dad is a Reverend…

i like the name, i dont think it was unexpected of them to name their kid something like that. But seriously, who has normal names nowadays, theres loads of unusual names out there. Plus we don’t know the story/ meaning of why theyve named their daughter that i thinks its beautiful anyhow. =]

To start with… MCR are not Emo and I think Bandit Lee is a pretty and unique name. Why blend in with everyone else when you can be unique?

i think that this name is very unixpectied i recon its diffrent and theres probubly not another person called this but maby im wrong but still i think its all up too them eatleast its not as bad as peat wenzs name for his kid (soz cant spell for poo)

I think it’s awesome. it means Blessed in Italian, once again people aren’t listening to the depth of Gerard’s words! And if you were really a “big fan” of MCR you wouldn’t call them emo!
it’s their choice what they call their child. it means something to them!
Oh and Gerard Way isn’t the bassist of MCR he’s actually the singer, his brother Mikey is the bassist and he hasn’t got a kid yet, looks like you guys don’t even know about mcr

Btw, you might want to do some research, Bandit is not the bassists daughter but the lead singer’s.

First Off, The Baby Dosen’t Belong To The Bassist Of MCR, She Belongs to the lead singer, Gerard Way. How Dare You Not Get That Simple Fact Staight. Second, Did You Really Think The name Would Be Normal? I Would Be Surprised If It Was! This Really Should Not Have Been A Shock. And The Name Is Perfect.

I think the the name of Gerard’s daughter is pretty good. Bandit Lee Way is amazing name. If I could, i picked out this name for me ^^
