The most popular middle names were John, James, William, and Michael (boys) and Ann, Jane, Rose, and Marie (girls). So traditional middle names are still going strong!

Even so, we’re told to expect more children named Alex-Zander, Aren, Cam’ron, Jaymz, Lynkon, Oskah, Ameleiyah, Emma’Lee and Kai-leigh, as unconventional spellings spread like wildfire.
