Mindy Kaling has welcomed her first child!
“The Mindy Project” star has given birth to a baby girl on December 15th and has named her Katherine. The news was confirmed via Katherine’s birth certificate but neither Mindy nor her reps have made any official comment.
The birth certificate also confirms that Katherine’s middle name is Swati, in honour of Mindy’s late-mother who passed away in 2012.
Mindy’s pregnancy news broke back in July, but it wasn’t confirmed until co-star Oprah Winfrey spilled the beans. They are starring in the film “A Wrinkle in Time” together.
