Elizabeth Taylor (1932-2011) was a British-American actress and was very popular in the 1950s and 1960s. She starred in many films, including “Cat on a Hot Tin Roof”, “Cleopatra” (which was the most expensive film made at the time) and “Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?” Elizabeth is from Elisabet, the Greek form of Hebrew name Elisheva, a name borne by the wife of Aaron in the Old Testament.
