Cat Deeley has said that doctors have branded her a “geriatric mother” at 40 years old, but that’s not going to stop her from trying for more children with husband Patrick Kielty.
Cat and Patrick are parents to 18-month-old Milo, who they welcomed together last year. However, she really wants to give their son a sibling and to expand their family.
She recently opened up about this topic in an interview with “The Mirror.” “When you go for your check-ups they call you a ‘geriatric mum’. That is the terminology they use, I swear. “They say, ‘Ma’am, you are triple high risk’.”
Doctors have told Cat that her age would make another pregnancy a high risk for her and also more likely to develop abnormalities.
“I would love some more. But I have got to get on with it if I do,” Cat said.
We hope Cat doesn’t give up and that she is able to give Milo a little brother or sister!
