Alice is the main character in the 1951 film, “Alice in Wonderland.” She starts off the film with her sister, who is also her tutor, day dreaming and ignoring her studies. She starts to drift off, and eventually spots a White Rabbit whom she follows, and is brought into Wonderland where she goes on a series of strange adventures, including a tea party with the Mad Hatter and March Hare, meeting the disappearing Chesire Cat, and fighting the evil Queen of Hearts. Alice is a French name meaning “of noble kind”.
