Jennifer Metcalfe and her boyfriend, Greg Lake are expecting their first child together!
The “Hollyoaks” star is said to be ‘delighted’ at the news and that she and Greg have told their family and friends, who are very happy as well.
This is certainly different from her on screen life, where Jennifer plays Mercedes McQueen on the show, who suffered a stillborn birth on the soap last year.
Jennifer and Greg have been in a relationship since 2013 and have had children on their mind for a while.
In an interview with “OK!” magazine, Jennifer revealed that she and Greg were thinking about starting a family.
“I think I’d like to have two kids,” she said. “A boy and a girl would be nice. I’ve got two nephews and I love spending time with them.”
And will they be walking down the aisle before Jennifer gives birth? “I think speaking about it takes the romance out of it,” she said. “I think it’s down to the guy, so I’ll just leave him to it! But it will happen one day, we see it in our future.”
